Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ice Dynasty application (the "Service").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts and Team Limitations
To ensure fair play, performance, and equality within the Service, it is strictly required to adhere to the following rules regarding user accounts and teams:
- One Team Per Manager: Each player is allowed to create and manage only one (1) team.
- Prohibited Actions: It is strictly forbidden to create multiple user accounts or manage multiple teams (multi-accounting).
- Account Transfer: It is forbidden to log in with other users' credentials under any circumstances, or to transfer your own team to another person.
- Shared IP Address / Computer: If you play from the same IP address or the same computer as another manager (e.g., family member), it is strictly forbidden to make interactions between these teams, such as buying, selling, or signing free agents from one another.
Violating these rules may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all teams and user accounts managed by the user in question without prior warning. Maintaining multiple teams slows down the game, stresses the servers, and provides an unfair advantage.
4. Age Restriction
Users of the Service must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and agree to these Terms, especially regarding potential virtual purchases.
5. "As Is" Service and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Provider does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to, loss of game data due to malfunctions or server crashes.
6. Right to Modify or Terminate
The Provider reserves the right to modify or remove features of the Service, reset game data (e.g., at the end of a testing phase or during major updates), or completely terminate the operation of the Service at any time without prior notice. Players do not have the right to claim financial or other compensation for invested time, virtual currency, or purchases made in these situations.
7. Acceptable Conduct and Account Suspension
The administrators have the exclusive right to evaluate whether a user's conduct violated the rules. The administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete a user account without prior warning if the user uses the Service in violation of fair play or the rules, behaves disruptively or unethically towards other players or the administration, or refuses to cooperate with the administration during an investigation. In such cases, the user has no right to demand a refund for virtual currency or purchases.
